About Run Revolution
By incorporating yoga into my training, I have completely changed the way I look at running. I have learned how to take care of my body by rewarding it for letting me run so many miles. I follow a holistic approach, and do not advocate a quick fix. My philosophy is, “sweat every day.”
Running is a great sport, but I have learned how to take running one step further, and focus on the long term. Run Revolution is centered more around the combination of running, yoga and self care, and less on the actual training. Self-care is as important as logging the miles, and keeps your body and mind feeling good so you can continue running. I have changed the world I run in by combining yoga and running, and I want to share this with as many people as possible. Welcome to Run Revolution.
